To be less white: well, I AM black, with the exception of my white chest, paws, and the tip of my tail; and that color combo ain’t changing
To be less oppressive: can’t help you here either, as I will continue to smother Dad at every opportunity
To be less arrogant: uh, I’m a dog. That rides a motorcycle. I think that it’s actually in the job description.
To be less trusting: not sure I get the thinking behind this one; trust everyone but cut the cards
To be less defensive: the best defense is a strong offense
To be more humble: it’s hard to be humble, when you’re perfect in every way
To listen: there’s a reason why we ALL have two ears and one mouth, to listen twice as much as we talk
To believe: no problems here
To break with apathy: not an apathetic bone in my body; my time in captivity took care of that
To break with white solidarity: I stand against ANY solidarity that would divide instead of unite; to hate anyone based on the color of their skin is to hate their Maker who created them in that skin.
